To kick off the holidays and celebrate the season, we are hosting the Shuckologist for two special oyster pop-ups on 11/4 and 11/18.

Having worked in almost all aspects of the oyster industry, the Shuckologist, aka Chris Catucci, brings his knowledge, along with the freshest product to create a farm-to-table experience. Sourcing directly from local oyster farms, he showcases the bounty of shellfish our state has to offer.

To complement the menu, a curated selection of bottled wines will be available to share. A limited supply of 750 ml bottles of wine are available to purchase and enjoy in the taproom.
Current featured wines are:
Anchor and Hope Pinot Gris (white / tropical fruit / mineral)
FLASH Clarete (light red / dry / herbal / lively )
Wonderwerk Free Your Mind (natural red / fruity / bright / energetic)
