At Long Live Beerworks, our brand is built on creating a high-quality product that is always pushing the boundaries of beer-making. We love to make beer, drink it, and share it with our customers! We strive to be an inclusive, comfortable environment where people gather to celebrate and relax. Whether you’re a first-time visitor, a casual beer drinker, or a full-time craft connoisseur, Long Live Beerworks is a place for all to enjoy: beer is for everyone! (21+, of course). As we continue to innovate within the craft of brewing, we emphasize equitable value on the treatment of our patrons while maintaining an inviting and inclusive space.
Long Live Beerworks is committed to fostering an environment free from discrimination and harassment for both our employees and customers. In striving to create a welcoming environment, we celebrate equitability, diversity, and inclusivity. In an effort to maintain a safe workplace for all employees, Long Live Beerworks has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind. Whether based on any lived experiences, human characteristics, or any protected category under applicable local, state or federal laws, Long Live upholds a zero-tolerance policy for any and all discriminatory behavior.
In an effort to uphold this policy, any form of harassment or discrimination, whether by a fellow employee, manager, supervisor, or guest is completely unacceptable and is addressed with appropriate consequences. Long Live Beerworks will investigate, respond and follow up on any reports of harassment and discrimination and has policies in place to encourage employee reporting. Corrective actions may include, but is not limited to: termination of an employee engaging in discriminatory or harassing behavior and/or removal of guests violating this policy. Long Live Beerworks will continually review and update policies and procedures on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on industry and organizational changes.
